  • No preparation is needed. You don’t need a plan, a perfect story, or the “right” words. Just bring yourself.

  • Parents come to me with a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Most conversations are about 50 minutes. Your first introductory conversation is free and usually a bit shorter.

  • It varies. Some parents meet with me once or twice. Others meet regularly for a period of time. We’ll decide together what feels right for your situation.
